EMF Fraud by NYC EMF Electrical Services Provider Exposed

EMF Fraud by NYC EMF Electrical Services Provider Exposed

A consumer in   New Jersey had her home inspected by the owner of www.ELEXANA.com a website based out of Manhattan New York in September 2018. He  claimed to  be a licensed electrical services provider, such license was claimed on his website along with a recommended  posting  by an attorney recommending his service without the permission of the  attorney to use his name.  Once the attorney learned of this the  attorney's name was removed.

The person from ELEXANA LLC  a Mr Jim Finn came to the  home of the New Jersey consumer and made measurements  then  he claimed family members were a risk and danger and  thereby alarmed  and severely upset a new mother  and the home owner.  The home owner later contacted an expert  licensed EMF electrical services safety investigator  that found no risk associated with the levels identified.

Upon further review it came to be known that the  ELEXANA  inspector had no electrical services licenses and  was unqualified to perform any lawful or competent consumer  electrical services or other health services.

ELEXANA New York City NJ CT EMF Deception and Scam

Update October  22, 2018
Update November 14, 2018
Updated Dec 7, 2018

The newest scam and fraud on the internet  with new sites appearing in NJ and NY are EMF testing  inspection scams. One of the largest overnight commercial marketing EMF testing websites sites is in the New York City  area based in Manhattan  called ELEXANA LLC by James Finn and cohorts.

These are individuals charging thousands of dollars stating on their websites that they will come to your home and conduct electrical EMF testing. It must be understood that state and industry licensing protects  you the consumers by assuring safe, highly qualified and competent  electrical services and performed under law. The scams  claim on their websites that they have electronic engineering degrees and  the required state electrical licenses posted on their websites and then in fact they have no such degrees or required licenses.

These new sites claim to have various vague, irrelevant  and meaningless certificates from Internet websites that have no authority and are not recognized by any state or local  code enforcement departments due to their complete lack of  any  legal authority. The most egregious and documented being ELEXANA without the authorization of one of their customers that did not know that ELEXANA had no lawful electrical services license used the name  of an attorney and posted a Manhattan attorney's name (J.Z. Esq.) on the ELEXANA website  making it appear that the attorney approved and recognized their fake license certificate electrical services work.

This and other self appointed  EMF electrical services consultants also sell  and offer a wide range of EMF services and protection gadgets and devices  that have been reviewed by electronic engineers  that clearly state they  have  no meaningful consumer purposes. These  sites were also  refer to certificates claiming that have electrical services engineering authority from Internet  on-line video  certification companies.

Electrical engineers refused to make any comment on such  certifications. One engineer simply stating  that there are many  secrets in the profession and one is that electrical service worker death are in the top 10 percent in industry an is tragically  very common and not always reported especially the deaths that are caused by exposure. One engineer just shook his head, only saying "Its' ludicrous , if you only knew the truth how dangerous it is for us electrical workers."

There were  upstart  2018  websites  originally reported and  investigated including  unlicensed home inspectors without electrical services licenses.  Once contacting  them about their claims of being licensed five immediately ceased offering and such services from their websites.

We are currently waiting for a response from four remaining   sites at this time  including:
1   NJ EMF  - Perth Amboy - Ceased offering  November 26, 2018
1   NY State - Tarrytown Ceased offering
2   NY City - Manhattan ELEXANA LLC   www.elexana.com has not yet responded.

We have advised the contacted  the remaining sites and have advised them  that they will be  exposed  and we will fully  publish their  identification we have obtained  from their publicly posted information from various websites and social media, with copies of  complaints,  law enforcement reports, and location by the years end and once our investigations are complete expected  by year's end.

A list of the fraudulent sites will be posted upon completion of the investigation  in social media including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and other sites. The reports will include their   photo identification,  names of the perpetrator of frauds, their websites and fraudulent documents including fake claims of state licenses, degrees, certifications  and others fabrications along  with claims from their victims   so that all consumers interested in this type of electrical service may be made aware of such fraud.

If you are one of the sites herein reference and have ceased your operation advise Your Consumer Protection Advocate so you  may be desisted as such.
