EMF Meter Deceptions:  Just reported in Jersey City New Jersey Hudson Street  Apartment  EMF 4-5G  - Buyer used EMF safety meter becoming alarmed and misinformed.

Caution  there are many EMF meters and detectors that are targeting consumers. Some selling at $200-900 and more giving the misimpression they are designed to identify EMF EMR RFR 4-5G and the millimeter emissions health risk exposure when in fact when reading the accompanied  user manuals they state that they are not intended for that purpose and they allow you the consumer to make such determination. Always ask if they are designed for the purpose before purchase.  Often the meter manuals cite hearsay and come with clear disinformation of no health and safety value and are of no legal or contractual value.

The consumers are protected by city, state and industry licensed electronic engineers and must be alerted of  the recent sham EMF meter readers that have not technical, medical or legal authority for their activities since such is not much different  than gas, water or parking meter readings.

The recent appearance of overnight self created and designated building bio sites that lack any recognition by academic, technical or legal authority that is mandatory to protect you the consumer. sites give out certificates to anyone without any licensing  that protects you. These individuals routinely falsely claim  they are engineers, are licensed and make many make delusional  claims they are world's leaders having magazine subscriptions to IEEE, building bio and other claims.

Yes, electro-magnetic fields referred to as EMF are everywhere along with radiofrequency radiation known as RFR,  and interference know as EMI mainly in industry affecting electronic equipment and also body implant devices.

NJ Non Licensed Lee Sagula "EMFprofessional.com" charging $600 fee with no professionals permitted use of report.

What does the adjective  "professional mean"?  Professionals are such as attorneys, accountants, medical doctors, accountants, electricians, engineers and all other professionals are all lawfully licensed for their practices. Licensed professionals are necessary for competency for any  critical electrical services within recognized within safety standards  established by true science and regulated by  state and industry not by self made internet academies.

 Your Consumer Protection Advocate site received a 25 page consumer report for services and  has been alerted of non-licensed electrical services.  The consumer  wanted her home inspected  for electrical safety such as wiring, grounding and electrical services, had interests for EMF, smart meters, WIFI and used a company from EMFProfessional.com assuming highly qualifed competent  professional licensed services.

The  consumer paid a large licensed fee  but still had concerns because the report did not fully address, or answer, while being without any  medical or industrial hygiene authority failed to identify  safety concerns. The  so-called  "report" consisted of few readings referring to what scientists say are misrepresented EMF EMI levels of so called building bio site numbers and consisted mostly of  what amounted to be a 25 page catalog passed off as a report of links to internet sites that sell all types of EMF fear items.

Because  the technical, health, safety and legal questions were not addressed or  answered the consumer then called a fully licensed   technical, health and safety integrated  EMF EMI medical court expert. The expert performed a comprehensive  on-site study and  in short time identified all the technical and safety issues then provided all answers and solutions and explained the legal duties of  third parties while selling nothing. The EMF expert  saying that the building bio sites are misrepresenting  the numbers, are erroneous and alarmist to sell EMF EMI products and that he easily dismisses such misleading numbers in the courts. 

Licensed electrical services are critical  practices for health and safety testing is highly complex requiring  training, testing, bona fide examination and experience before providing such services. A consumer was concerned when a meter reader from www.EMFProfessional.com an apparent YouTube and Facebook celebrity  a non state licensed providing consumer electrical services later  refusing to provide any licensing information when requested calling themselves Lee Sagula  charging  licensed fees of over  $600.00 with many other fees and additionally for  any follow-up calls.

Consumers  are then misled being told they were prohibited for using the report for any lawful contractual purpose such as home purchase, health and safety technical,  industrial hygiene, buying property, for actions in tort, possible criminal action such as threats or harassment or for any other  use or professional review.

Sham NJ EMF testing and  reporting by William Tripp.

A warning to buyers, sellers, real estate agents, property mangers,  and attorneys.

A  new unqualified and incompetent EMF inspection in Montville NJ by BT Company owner operator William Tripp  of  Whippany NJ.

A homeowner living near high voltage lines  asked  the agent to  hire  unknoingly what was and unlicensed for consumer electronics  services without and being a certified hygienist   from Whippany NJ  07981 to inspect the property and home for EMF risks. 

In addition there is a claim that he works as a certified industrial hygienist that tests for toxins and other dangers also without any such qualifications.

This individual appears to be associated with the New York shaman Jim Finn owner of ELEXANA that was previously reported. This is in part appears to be another extension of the ELEXANA pyramid.

Their report  was reviewed by state and industry licensed experts and found to be incompetent at all levels and without any  lawful authority and standing.

This activity is very serious in nature harming the public and consumer and causing fear, terror,  undue and unnecessary  interference with the  power and communications utility industries and must be stopped.

Such reports may  subject so called inspectors to possible legal action for defamation of the property, loss of sale, contractual interference, for  any resulting pecuniary  loss, standing in tort  and  for possible  emotional distress  of  the property owner or buyer.

 The report cites misunderstood  numbers and  a  vague interpretation and makes baseless assertions affecting the ability to sell the property.

A copy of the report is attached redacted in part to protect privacy. The full copy is now in possession of State authorities

The BT company has been notified and this activity has been forwarded to  the New Jersey Department Division of Consumer Affairs for further investigation.

February 7 2021 Another EMF Grounding Scam-Manhattan Residential Apartment Building Owner Sold Unnecessary Grounding

 February 7, 202 Manhattan, New York City. 

A East Village 2nd Avenue  building owner at the demand of a tenant was forced to have EMF testing performed by a local   unlicensed "EMF consultant" . The  EMF consultant reported that  the building had high risk levels and grounding was required. The owner paid to have all grounding checked and  changed as the meter reader demanded. 

After spending over $2,000.00 for electrical services  there was no change in the readings. Not knowing what  to do the building owner  contacted an area medical EMF and electronics licensed expert  that identified no need to have any changes to be performed and that there were no risks present as they are regulated  by state and industry safety standards   as applied by licensed electrical service providers. 

Tip for building mangers. Any tenant that has a complaint or concern should be told to contact a licensed expert for any of their concerns. If there are any electrical services that are the cause of any risk concern that they should inform utilities or building management.
